Why We Built This Site
Georgia court records are broadly open, but public access does not place every Wayne County file in one database. Frances B. Yeargan's office keeps Superior, State, Juvenile, and Drug Court records, while Probate, Magistrate, and city courts use separate routes. PeachCourt requires an account and covers Wayne Superior and State Courts rather than every local court. We organize the verified contacts, portal limits, request paths, and record distinctions that help a reader start with the office holding the actual docket.
What You Will Find Here
- Case lookup routes: how to use the Wayne County docket search and its clerk-office fallbacks
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets differ
- Record requests: where to seek court case records, document copies, and certification
- Hearing information: how to read the court schedule and verify a setting
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot issue a certified docket, order, or other court document
- We cannot alter, seal, remove, or amend a docket entry
- We cannot set, reset, or confirm a hearing date
- We cannot retrieve an official case file for a visitor
- We cannot provide legal advice about a specific matter
- We cannot promise that a fee, phone number, or setting has not changed
An official or certified Wayne County record must come from Frances B. Yeargan's office or the separate court office that maintains the original file.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own services, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free site access. We neither set the provider's charges nor decide which records its results display.
